On Saturday, Febuary 06, 2010 Kirivong Sok Sen Chey lost Rithy Sen on extra time 2-4, National Defense just won Koh Kong by Penalty Kick 4-3.

On Sunday, Febuary 07, 2010 Khemara Keila defeated Prek Pra 5-0 as the same as Preah Khan Reach shot Oudor Meanchey 5-0.

Thus, the 1/4 final is matched:
